Sinem Kanat built the Funpix AI app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Sinem Kanat at no cost and is intended for use as is.

- Funpix is a photo editor that allows users to edit portraits based on neural network technology that automatically generates highly realistic facial transformations.

- We use third-party cloud provider - Firebase - to process and edit photographs.

- The App only uploads to the cloud the photographs that you specifically select for editing.

- Photographs are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process and encrypted using a key stored locally on your mobile device.

- Photographs remain in the cloud for a limited period of 24-48 hours after you have last edited the photograph, so that you can return to the image and make additional changes if you so choose.

- We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality of the App.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that We request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Legal basis. These activities are based on the contract we have with you (Article 6.1.b GDPR). When you use the face swap feature we rely on your consent, as holder of parental responsibility, to process the personal data related to the children in the images you upload to generate the image (Articles 6.1.a and 8 GDPR).
